The Meadow Garden's spacious interior is country cottage style. The large common room is available for guests to relax in and may be rented separately for small group meetings, showers and other functions.

Breakfast is served on the four-season glassed-in porch, which overlooks the flower garden. Wendy loves to cook breakfast for her quests. They have a choice of many different offerings and her menu changes with the seasons.

2 poached eggs served atop a toasted English muffin
with Canadian bacon,
topped with hollandaise sauce.

Omelet
Western omelet: peppers, onion, mushroom and a blend of cheeses.

3 eggs with sauteed summer squash, onion
and fresh herbs, dotted with goat cheese.

Huevos Rancheros
Scrambled eggs wrapped in a warm flour tortilla topped with cheddar cheese, served with salsa and sour cream

Cinnamon-Raisin French Toast
Two thick slices of homemade cinnamon-raisin bread soaked in egg custard and grilled to a golden brown.

Blueberry French Toast Casserole
Cubes of bread in a sweetened egg custard with blueberries and cream cheese served in an individual casserole dish, baked till puffed and golden.

Belgian Waffles
Thin round waffles topped with strawberry puree
and whipped cream

Pecan Waffles
Thick, square waffles with deep craters for syrup.
Chopped pecans folded into the batter before grilling.

Pancakes
Regular or Blueberry
